ON GOING PROJECTS
- Sai Green Mobility Private Limited (SGMPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sai Wardha Power Generation Private Limited (SWPGPL) which owns and operates a 540 MW coal-based power plant in Maharashtra, India.
- The corporate structure of the project company and the group is illustrated below:
- Sai Wardha wishes to develop a footprint in the Renewable space, mainly towards Decarbonisation and Green Transportation. Sai Wardha has recorded a top line of ~INR1700+ Crore and an EBITDA of ~ INR 450 Crore, for the financial year 2023-24.
